C&D Diversion
SSF Scavenger is the exclusive debris box service provider in the cities of South San Francisco, Millbrae and Brisbane. We haul all loads of construction and demolition (C&D) debris to Blue Line Transfer.
Blue Line Transfer also accepts C&D loads that are self-hauled from SSF Scavenger’s service area and that come from other Bay Area cities and beyond. The San Francisco Environment Department includes Blue Line Transfer in its list of registered facilities.
Blue Line Transfer’s most recent diversion rates for mixed loads of C&D debris are listed in the table below. These rates are 3rd party verified.

Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Sunday CLOSED
