How do I start, stop or change service?

The property owner or manager should call us at 650.589.4020 during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 7am – 4:30pm). Starts/stops and most service changes can be made immediately.

If you were missed, we’ll send a driver back within one business day. Call us as soon as possible at 650.589.4020. Please make sure your collection container(s) are accessible and are not overloaded.

We can also help you if you need an extra pickup or would like to increase your service level.

We provide separate carts/bins labeled for Garbage, Paper, Containers (Aluminum, Glass & Plastic), Cardboard, and Organics (compost).
