On-Call Cleanup Request Form

This is only a request; a customer service representative will review and confirm once scheduled.

Please do not place your items out for collection until receiving a confirmation.

Cleanups are available to eligible residential customers twice per calendar year for no additional charge. Cleanups do not roll over; they expire on December 31st of each year. Cleanups are scheduled by appointment only. Appointments must be requested by 3pm at least one business day in advance. Requests made after 3pm will be reviewed on the next business day. Cleanups are scheduled for your regular pick up day. Special requests for other days will incur charges. Hazardous waste, construction/demolition waste, landscaping waste, and blue or green cart overflow are not accepted and will be left behind. Electronic waste items will incur additional charges or be left behind; TVs and computer monitors are exceptions and can be collected no charge. Items not out at the curb for collection by 5am on collection day may incur additional charges or loss of cleanup. Please call 650.589.4020 to cancel your cleanup if you choose not to use it.
