Terms & Conditions: Cleanups are available to residential customers to use 2 per calendar year; clean ups do not roll over and expire on December 31st each year. Cleanups are subject to availability on selected collection schedule and are not guaranteed on the day of your request. Cleanups are only scheduled on a regular pickup day, special requests for other days will incur additional charges. Hazardous waste as well as any items listed under ‘Items Not Allowed’ will not be picked up. Electronic waste items will incur additional charges or will be left behind; with the exception of TVs and computer monitors only. Any items not listed will not be collected. Requests made after 3pm will be reviewed on the next business day. Items not out at the curb for collection by 5am on collection day may incur additional charges or loss of cleanup. Please call 650.589.4020 to cancel your cleanup if you choose not to use it.
